DELIBERY

Frida´s Tierchen ships all orders (unless otherwise requested) with SEUR with certified mail that includes a tracking number.

As soon as the order has been shipped we will provide you with its corresponding tracking number via e-mail.

The shipping costs within Spain are 5€ and the delivery time ranges between 24 and 48 hours. The delivery is done at the specified domicile. If you are not at home there will be 2 delivery attempts. In case the delivery was not possible you will be able to pick up your order at the given postal office (indicated on the delivery notification). The customer will assume the payment of possible customs duties for orders shipped to the Canary Islands.

The shipping costs within Europe are 10€ and the delivery time ranges between 1 to 3 working days.

The average shipping cost outside of Europe is 22€ with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 working days depending on the country. The customer will assume the payment of possible customs duties for orders shipped outside of Europe.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNDS

Request for changes or refunds will be made via e-mail to info@fridastierchen.com within the next 14 days after having received your order. In case of having received the wrong item you can return it and we will send you the proper item specified in your order. In this case Frida’s Tierchen will assume all shipping costs.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible and indicate you how to proceed for the return. In all other cases of return the customer will assume the resulting shipping costs. All dolls and complements from Frida’s Tierchen are handmade and therefore their appearance might vary slightly from item to item.

If you are not satisfied with your order please get in contact with us as soon as possible. The colours of the products are reproduced on the website as accurate as possible. Variations of the tonality and intensity of the colours may occur due to the adjustments of your computer screen. Please take into account that slight variations of the tonality and intensity of the colours due to the adjustments of your computer screen will not be a reasonable cause for the return of a product.

For acceptance of a return the product must be unused and in pristine conditions, conserving the original labels. Fridas Tierchen will not account for any misuse of the acquired products.

At Frida’s Tierchen we carefully revise one by one the quality of our products before shipping. The shipping costs will only be refunded in case of returns due to defects of the product or in case of receiving the wrong product.

SECURE PAYMENT

Frida's Tierchen uses PayPal for its transactions, as it is the safest and fastest existing payment method. It you do not have a PayPal account you can also make the payment for your order directly with your credit card at www.paypal.com When the payment is made PayPal withdraws the amount due directly from your credit card or your PayPal account. Thus the payment is done over PayPal and not over Frida’s Tierchens’ website. This service is free from any kind of fee for the customer.
